Shebna Wagnac has been married to the love of her life, Rev. Wesley Wagnac since June 2007 and they have two beautiful children together. She is a licensed clinical Social Worker and Director of Admissions. She has worked in that capacity at Village Green Virtual Charter School since 2015.

Shebna runs an after-school program at Village Green for young women of color,  Sister 4 Sister, where she conducts workshops and invites prominent women of color from different professional fields to expose the students to the many options that they have as they are considering to choose a career. To see women of color in positions of power helps build the young women’s self-esteem and gives them hope that they too can someday be in those positions. 
Her philosophy is to inspire young women and help all peoples to reach their full potential, especially in Christ.
